16 oz can into a pokal.
L: Pours straw light apricot gold color with a 1/2" slightly soapy white head that recedes to skin & edge foam, medium-light loose webbed lacing.
S: A hint of grains, pastry dough.
T: A metallic note, over ripe fruits, dry fruit bread, a hint of confection sugar, distant apple, lightly bitter beneath sweetness in the finish. It is gently pale.
F: Brisk, medium bodied mouthfeel with a medium length moderately dry finish.
O: Nothing particularly fancy or different with this Pils. The flavors are a bit muted. Nice feel and fairly traditional overall. It is okay.

Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a goblet glass.
Clear, pale gold colored body. White head which becomes an island and a thin ring, and leaves behind scattered lacing spots.
Aroma of toasted bread and Noble hop spice.
Taste is sweet and bready. Flavors of malt, hop spice, and a touch of citrus.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean finish. Good carbonation.
Easy to drink and thirst quenching.
