At the brewery.
Hazy dark amber color with a thick head with decent retention.
Saison mild aroma with notes of herbs, pineapple tartness, cloves and biscuits.
Flavor with notes of herbal usually felt in Alsatian hops, some resin, pine, coriander, cloves, wheat, pineapple, papaya and Saison yeast. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 6,9% is simply not there.
Piney and resiny Saison with a French accent.
