Extremely well-made IIPA! Huge citrus and pine notes with a slight dry finish. IMHO, BLBC produced a very "west-coast" type ale that is true to the style!

This double IPA blew me away! Always a big fan to see what Bryan and the crew at Big Lick brew but this one was just everything I want in a traditional DIPA, even without the haze that is today's craze. This was dank and very hop forward, with the perfect malt bill to let the Galaxy hops shine nicely. Only complaint would be the fact that I don't have an infinite amount of this to constantly enjoy. If you are ever in the Roanoke Valley, do yourself a favor and check these guys out! They are a small nanobrewery now, but are in the works of moving and expanding to much larger facility for the Spring of 2017!
