A: Moderate orange and lemon (coriander) aroma, along with a super brett aroma. The brett is ridiculously strong barnyard (in a good way), though bordering on an off-aromas.
A: Light straw color, slightly hazy with a big frothy white head that quickly recedes to a film across the glass.
T: Moderate orange-citrusy flavor upfront, followed by massive amounts of brett funkiness. The beer finishes super dry and lacks much complexity.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. The finish is so bone dry, it prevents the beer from being refreshing.
O: Alright; I can see where Toolbox was going with this, but the brett presence is much too strong in both the aroma and flavor. The beer could be a bit better if it exhibited a light sweetness (vanilla/honey character), and slight lacto tartness to increase the drinkability.
