Growler poured into a Belgian style tulip
A: Pours a golden honey orange with a white bright head, no head retention, no lacing, beer is clear, lots of bubbles streaming up the middle, looks solid.
A: Hops come through pretty strong, citrus, melon, tropical notes, hint of barnyard funk and must, nice balance of aromas, very nice.
T: Up front, notes of pine, citrus, melon start the beer off, middle there is some funk, hint of oak, tart/sour flavors, oak and tartness linger in the aftertaste, very balanced, very drinkable.
M: Light/medium bodied mouthfeel with a good amount of carbonation, crisp dry finish.
O: This is really good, a soft mix of different hop characteristics with a touch of sour/tart/funk aromas and flavors, easy to drink, flavorful, balanced. I wish they would bottle this because this would make a great session beer when I want something sour, tart, and sessionable.

A: Super hoppy with notes of tropical fruit, melons – somewhat danky with light sourness.
A: Yellow/orange color, slightly hazy with a thin white head of microbubbles that quickly recedes in the glass.
T: Quite hoppy, lots of tropical fruit and melon flavors, slightly funky, coupled with a moderately sharp sourness that lingers.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer is sour, but not very acidic. Typical of dry-hopped sours, this beer has a juicy mouth-feel.
O: Very good; the massive hop presence really compliments the sourness and base pale ale.
