Rustique Framboise is our Rustic Saison base containing barley, spelt, rye, and oats fermented and aged in French oak red wine & Chardonnay barrels with our house saison yeast, wild yeast, and bacteria for 6 months. It was aged an additional 6 weeks on whole, fresh raspberries and conditioned in the bottle for an additional 4 months.

On draft. Poured a clear, golden orange color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sticky trails of lace on the glass. It smelled phenolic, fruity with tart lemon and some sweet caramel. Nice fruity taste with tart lemon, a funky bite and caramel finish.
