Such clarity... beautiful blonde color with a thick white head and crystal clear appearance. Nothing much stands out in the aroma which is a bummer because once you take that first sip it's a huge peach explosion. Great fresh peach flavors, light pilsner malt, crisp and refreshing with a clean dry finish. This is a great example of fresh fruit being incorporated into a refreshing style that doesn't overpower. Nothing artificial about this beer, just well balanced, clean refreshment.

meh, i have been impressed by these guys in the early going, have been there three or four times now, and keep finding beers to like, but this one is pretty unimpressive. almost tannic in the grain, light and fitting for a blonde, but an acidity and harshness arises from someplace other than the fruit. the fruit is decent though, apparently fresh, and not over the top, not dominating a very light beer at all, and the sweetness is only moderate. i find the beer on the whole to be not all that drinkable though, weird with that harsh grain character, but brought back to reasonable by the fruit. i see dry dock apricot as the main one of these beers that people buy, locally at least, and as much as im not in love with that one, i think this one does very little to try to displace it. dryer, but thats not enough in this instance. i would prefer almost anything else from these guys, but i can see the appeal, and would be surprised if they didnt both make it again, and improve upon the current edition.
