This beer is an American style Cream Ale with a fun, modern twist. After fermentation, we added grade A Papua New Guinea vanilla beans to pair with the German Oak Smoked Wheat malt. Expect a rich vanilla flavor and aroma with drinkable ABV and lower bitterness.

16oz can. No dating found.
Slightly cloudy, straw colored body. No real head, but keeps a thin partial cap. Leaves some scattered spots of lacing.
Big vanilla aroma, with a hint of smokiness.
Taste is big with vanilla over the solid malt base. No bitterness.
Medium, slightly creamy mouth feel. Very good carbonation.
Not memorable but a solid drinker, if one likes the vanilla addition. Brewed for a charitable cause of supporting Minnesota Volunteer Firefighter Relief Association.
