Poured an opaque hazy orange colour with a massive amount of head. My original pour was about 80% head. Way over carbonated.
Belgian yeast, spice/pepper, some stone fruit. Light breads sweetness.
Big yeast notes up front with pepper, a sweet breadiness and faint notes of Apple.
Not as overcarbonated as the pour suggested. Moderate carbonation with a slight creaminess.

Golden and slightely opaque. A bit overcarbonated for my taste ans has a quickly fading foam collar. Nose, smokey due to the use of barrels and a little nutty followed by a flagrant exotic fruit aroma distincivly due to the use of amarillo and pacific gem hops. At first, the carbonation ruins the aromas at first taste but as the beer breathes and get warmer (4-5 deg celsius) the sweet note of bready malt equilibrates the nuttines and acidity brought by the barrel aging. Overall les 2 frères offer a complex and refreshing beer that is easily drinkable and appreciable.

Tried this in Quebec while on vacation. A decent beer that struck me more like a hoppy pale ale than a true saison. It was spicy on the palate with appropriate carbonation. Fairly light in color and body, it did not seem that it was over 6% alc.
If you like saisons that are hop forward, you would like this brew. I would pass next time.
