Had a flight of the Belford offering at their small batch brewery Campbell Junctions.
I was confident that their English Brown Ale would win my favor, but IMO the strong toasted brown and nutty malts were lacking .
The Meadow View Cream Ale was the preferred offering from our flight beer pruchase.
LOOK: A bright and clear light gold color. The pour provided no head and also offered little side glass lace. Some scented herbal hops.
TASTE: Creamy, smooth, a little herbal hops on the tongue. Low in carbonation.
After the 4 oz. taster, I ordered a pint. It was good but nothing about it was outstanding.
