Are American Pale Wheats the national beverage of Florida?
At least it seems like a regional ale, to the extent that is possible in the Internet-Integrated States of America.
Every year I come to Florida and I leave; glad to go home to the greater ale variety of temperate climes. (Let's not mention the weather.)
As for the beer, I am having trouble finding reasons to rate this above the average of an average style.
On tap at a restaurant near the brewer, 16 Celsius Looks good enough. Smells give hints of wheat and coriander and citrus. Tastes are the same; a well-integrated ale that finishes with a flourish of mild tartness. Feel worked with the food, clearing the palate for more. Decent bubbles.
As for the brewery, only five years old... there seem to be a lot in that age group in Florida, particularly the Gulf side. They are a Mom 'n Pop shop giving the community a meeting place; but again, the story is not above average... but I give them some OA Hugs all the same.
