Clear light yellow in color with a slight fine head. Very little lacing. Subtle yeast on nose. Flavor is very crisp and refreshing. Lemony and perhaps a bit of spicy ginger notes. Can clearly taste grains of paradise. Solid updated take on a traditional Sasion.
