From the 64 oz growler filled at the brewery. Big and foam pour in the chalice. Sudsy in the mouth. Color is a light yellow gold and quite clear; seems to be no sediment in the big jug.
This has some of the Saison fruity and yeasty character, but less intensely flavored. The Farmhouse is a little more tart to start, and fairly dry and minerally to finish. Some light malt flavors. A dry apple cider taste and a little yeasty bitterness in the aftertaste. A pleasant big gulp with lots of foam.
