L- Quite pale gold, slightly cloudy, pours with 1Cm white head.
S- TBH I have no idea what a cream ale is but this beer smells like a US 'hipster' pale ale, all exotic fruits, off in lychee and mandarin orange land.
T- ...and it's taste follows, hoppy dry to the point of being sour almost citrus/grapefruit.
F- I find it pretty astringent.
O- Quite a surprise, it isn't creamy in any way, and re: ale I reckon it's off amongst the contemporary US IPA style. The fruit aspects are also way too prominent for me.
Bought from Marks + Spencer £2.49/330ml bottle BB: 07/08/2020 'Batch 067'.
Ingredients include: maize and oats.
