Pitch black color with a thick head.
Aroma with lots of notes of roasted coffee beans, oak, licorice, gooseberries and whiskey drops.
Flavor with notes of roasted coffee beans, oak, plums, vanilla, dark chocolate, whiskey, cocoa, caramel, licorice and grapefruit drops. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness from its roasted character.
Medium body with mild carbonation. Alcohol of 8.6% is superbly disguised.
Excellent Imperial Stout with great complexity and decent notes of whiskey, dark chocolate, vanilla and espresso.
