An ode to the hop and the hands that pick them. The combination of Citra, Nectaron and Hallertau Blanc creates a veritable punch bowl of tropical fruit with aromas of orange, pineapple, white grapes and ripe mango. A light, fresh body and a gentle bitterness results in a beer of unwavering drinkability.

440ml can. A nicely easy-drinking, super refreshing, extra pale ale with sub 4.5% alcohol. Lemon, white grape, dusty yeast and gently dry. Clean and light and balanced. Excellent body for this style at this ABV. Very nice.

Pours a dull hazy yellow, with a foamy white head that settles to a patchy film. Mild fruity hops on the nose, with a complex savoury, almost woody, note. Similar on the tongue, a hit of balanced citrus - not too sweet, not overly sour - followed by a creamy tail that ends with a slight uptick of hoppy bitterness.

A developing, complex pint and a worthy addition to the roster of a brewery that continues to be a rare light of innovation in Britain.
