A big, smooth, balanced stout brewed with Maldon® Sea​ Salt, Scotch Bonnet chillies and cacao nibs. The chillies​ give a fresh fruitiness leading to a gentle warming heat. The salt adds a touch of salinity, enhancing the flavour of the beer, and a small addition of​ cacao nibs adds smoothness​ to the body. A perfect match for oysters, but equally as​ delicious enjoyed on its own.

Malt: Extra Pale, Chocolate, Amber, Chit, Carafa 3, Roasted Barley.
Hops: Summit.

440ml can.
L: Black with a thin mocha head that reduces to nothing.
S: Cocoa.
T: Milk chocolate, a little coffee, some salinity and some chilli heat in the finish.
F: Medium body, smooth mouthfeel.
O: Decent Christmas stout. The chilli starts pretty much invisible but emerges slowly as the beer warms and is a persistent low-level tingle by the end.
