440ml can.
L: Dark mahogany colour with a light haze and one finger of khaki-coloured head that remains to the finish and leaves plenty of lacing.
S: English breakfast tea (Assam & Ceylon blend). Smells rich and intense (despite my currently ‘suffering’ through a dose of man flu).
T: More black tea plus biscuit and caramel - the classic flavours of an English bitter. Done to perfection. Moderately sweet and nicely bitter.
F: Medium body, smooth mouthfeel, very dry tannic finish.
O: A properly good English bitter. High quality ingredients brewed with care. Hoppy, malty perfection.
