This entirely vegan brew is a sweet UK-style stout. We started with actual almonds and milked them dry, followed by flaked oats, to keep the body sweet, and midnight wheat for the smoothest flavor available. A late addition of Willamette provides a floral hint of spice and earth.

L: Bright dark brown with ruby highlights under a 2" persistent light tan cap.
S: It smells of almonds and chocolate with a trace of coffee and some dark dried fruit.
T: Chocolate leads supported by almond and a trace of hop bitterness that balances the light sweetness in the beer.
F: The beer is medium full bodied with very soft and creamy carbonation.
O: The beer is very drinkable and smooth and a very nice food companion.
