Just in time for Vietnamese New Year comes our Vietnamese-influenced Belgian Strong Ale. Spiced with ginger and coriander, and laced with flaked coconut, we took the next step and swapped out the usual Belgian candi sugar for Vietnamese Palm sugar. Chuc Mung Nam Moi!

Pours a clear, dark brown colour. Smells like caramel, brown sugar, sweet malts, and spicy. Tastes like roasted malts, burnt sugar, and an underlying spiciness.
