16oz can. No dating information found. Label describes this as "a Czech kellerpils, a traditionally unfiltered lager".
Partly cloudy, straw colored body. One finger of white head, which maintains for the most part. Leaves behind webs of lacing.
Aroma of cracker malt and spicy hops.
Taste is toasted malt and floral/spicy hops. Has a metallic note, and a little sulfur at the end. All continue into the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Crisp and clean. Very good carbonation.
Quite bitter overall but still crisp.

16oz can. Poured out a crystal clear, straw yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of toffee, caramel and grains. Sweet caramel, toffee and a mild bitterness. Light bodied and clean.

Appearance: Pours a clear, medium golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 7-8.
Aroma: Mild aromas of pale bread malts, and bread dough, and yeast.
Flavor: Mild flavors of pale malts, bread dough, yeast, and clean on the finish.
Feel: Light to medium bodied. Well-carbonated. A yeasty finish.
Compared to Bahaus Wonderstuff 5/4/22: Pours a darker color. Milder aromas. More bread dough and yeast. Less lemon citrus.
Overall: A nice Czech-style pilsner here while maintaining the light body. Yeasty, bready, clean, yet a full mouthfeel. Not overwhelming in terms of flavors. Pale, yeasty, light and clean. Good for the ABV. (Rating:

At the tap room, into an odd jar-like glass, pours a clear goldenrod with a disappointing 1/2 finger white wispy head that fades quickly. Nose is very muted...grain, some grassy hops (I guess). Taste...well, it is more pronounced than the nose, but it doesn't make sense to me...faint hay and grass and some sourdough. Carb is middling, mouthful is crisp and body is somewhat substantial. Not really a pils to me, and after looking more closely, apparently they use an ale yeast, so it isn't a pils...maybe more like a kolsch, kind of? Won't return to this one.

Not too bad. Was a fairly standard pilsner...kind of grainy. Poured a golden clear with very thin white head an no lace. The scent had biscuit like base. The taste had bread and some grass. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was good.

Not a good beer or representation of a Pilsner. Had such high hopes for the brewery and have been very disappointed each time I've been here.
