A "Graff Ale" is a blend of apple juice made from freshly pressed apples and hopped wort (malted barley extract created when brewing). They are fermented together creating a unique hybrid that has subtle acidity, light tannins and offers ability to age. We source a variety of locally grown apples in Sonoma, Napa and Mendocino Counties to create a blend of flavors.

Barely foggy pale white gold with a white foam head of moderate height leaving wide coral pock lacing on the glass.

A floral yellow apple orchard nose with a brush of honeysuckle meets an expressive red apple palate with a touch of acid and a counterpunch of resin that contrasts well.

A fine carbonation brings the medium body to a semi-dry finish.

It's insane how FRESH the apple is, not like a cider, and totally unlike any beverage with apple I've ever had. It's super NATURAL.
