Dark violet-red with a fuzzy thick round collar.
Some tannin pairs with sweet blueberry to differentiate this more dramatically from the Tradeships lineup, but it still has that same sharply hoppy allium gassiness they all have. However, charred oak and red grape develop further on the palate, making this the most complex of the bunch.

With the spontanious taste of Belgium flowing across the upper midwest, the O'so brewing team collaborates with Funk Factory sour ale makers for a time-honored fermented taste but with the robust tang of blueberry wrapping around the entire session.
Bobes Blueberry Sour pours with a hazy purple hue and then crowned with a loosely knit pillow of pink-stained foam. Bright, tangy and peppery, the scent is fruity with natural sour esters and the copious additions of blueberries. Both hearty and zesty, the taste of berry juices splash the front of the tongue with dry and fruity sweetness.
With the sour ale blossoming on the middle palate, a whole host of fruits evolve- lemon, lime, green apple and white grape carry a cidery and vinous souring across the tongue. Leading with blueberries, a hint of blueberry pancake comes to mind before the sweetness completely fades. Peppery, phenolic and lightly medicinal, the beer's balance is highly acidic with hints of balsamic and acetone to counter the fruit.
Medium-light on the palate, the funk and fauna of the beer isn't only fruit-filled, its hints of saddle leather and horse hair drift in and out of the session with the taint of cork, weathered oak and the must of damp cellar. Bracingly sour, the beer's finishing acidity leaves a medium-length aftertaste of vinegar, cider and pepper on the after palate.
