Hazy, sunny orange with a fuzzy, bubbly collar.
Smell is melon, with less oak and funk than the Blood Orange we'd just had, and yes that slightly unusual cactus fruit pops in, with rustic walnut.
Taste exhibits a perfectly balanced sour tartness of prickly pear, dragon fruit, lemon, and grapefruit.

Thanks to Jeff for this one. 750ml corked and caged bottle into Night Shift stemware. Shared with schen9303.
Nose is foam, Brett, flower petals, hay, a touch of vinegar acidity and detergent. Real fresh. Beer opens with hints of tea, coriander and flower petals. Tartness is strong in the middle mixed with hints of cobweb, wet wood and hay. I like this a lot. Almost herbal at the finish with dried leaves and bark mixed in. Body is light with ample carbonation. Foamy in the mouth and prickly going down. Zesty and puckering on the finish.
I've never encountered a prickly pear before but I don't really get any fruity characteristics in this beer. Nevertheless, still pretty good. Almost reminds me of Cantillon Iris.

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Hazy pale golden body with small ring of airy head. Typical gueuze aromas, but some sourness added by the prickly pears. taste confirms this, dry, sourness, tart, fruity. Nice pucker finishes it.

750ml cork and caged bottle. Served in an O'so snifter glass.
Pours a darker orange, slightly cloudy with a two finger white head, fair retention, plenty of lacing. The bottle did gush a fair amount, as well although no beer was lost. Smells of tart lychee, stonefruit, oak, lemon, light funk. The prickly pear, whatever it is, seems to be similar to O'so's Prickly Pear sour in character, but the base beer gives more oak and funk. Flavour is interesting with a damp oak astringency on top of the prickly pear that lingers for a long while. Plenty of lemon from the base also. I don't know what to make of it, but it's certainly tasty. Mouthfeel is medium-lighter bodied, a bit higher carbed than expected. Prickly pear up front with a fairly heavy oak astringency on the finish that sticks around a while. Not my favourite of the bunch; I actually seem to prefer the Dry-Hopped or the Blended versions.
