Punch began as a blend of saisons that were fermented in our French Oak foeders. The finished blend was refermented on a healthy dose of jammy strawberry puree before being infused with hibiscus petals. The resulting beer is reminiscent of that favorite childhood beverage.

Beautiful dark hot pink body with a white ring. Oak soured strawberry, hibiscus, a hint of raspberry and white grape in the nose. Taste hits the strawberry and hibiscus hard with an acidic edge, oak, white grape, cherry skins, and general floral notes round out the juice illusion with a sour twinge. Feel is very acidic, lightly funky, decently sour and light but on dimensional. Get the tums ready, not artful but powerful. Best for summer
