Cellared a year and a half. Had side by side with pieces. Yellow highly carbonated body with white cap. Big bright french oak leads the nose with barrel funk, white grape, melon, lime, and pear. Taste also had large oak but now with the white grape being a star too, spiced earth undertones support the acidic orange, lime and melon. Feel is sour and decently acidic with a lighter yet omnipresent funk, oak is bright and strong. Better of the two
