Beer 11k! Hazy golden pour with a white head. Smell has funk, hay, minerals, flowers, bright citrus. Taste is sour citrus forward big time, nectarine, yuzu then minerals, faint super bright oak, hay, and delicate dry musty funk on the very end, beautiful yet delicate on the palate. Feel is sour and slightly acidic with wild funk shaping the yeast and oak undercurrent is faint but omnipresent. #SplitUpSaison
