Cellar a year and a half. Cloudy orangey yellow body with a huge white head. Tastes of sweettart candy lemon with big green apple, with wildflower, wild yeast, and honey, with super bright oak backing. Light and very sour with decent acidity for the feel, wild yeast finish is welcome. Noses more bland with sour fruit hammering solo.
