Beer made exclusively for the Chinese market.
During the inspection of the winery in the United States, the dumpling project commissioner found that they are very experienced in the production and control of fresh seasonal fruits: yellow peach, cranberry, chardonnay grape, blackberry, etc., all naturally fermented, and they are not impatient. . Of course, there is also MT certification blessing. After imagining the flavor of many fruits, we finally chose the pomegranate from California in the fall that year. This plant from the west was later written into poems by several great poets. It was a metaphor for love and beauty, and it was completely weathered by China. Therefore, we have adopted the title of the generation of Empress Wu Zetian as the pomegranate: "Multi-Seed Beauty" as her name. After a long period of fermentation in French Bordeaux oak barrels, and 300 grams of pomegranate aging is added to every 1 liter of base wine (the base wine has been passed through barrels for 9 months) and continue to age 3 in the bottle month. At this time, her pomegranate flavor is more prominent, the flavor is soft, the acidity is moderate, and it is not sharp. The aroma of pomegranate is obvious, possibly due to the astringency of tannins from pomegranate seeds, with a slight barrel smell and mildew aroma as a finishing touch.

Poured bright pink with a pinkish white cap. Bright pomegranate rides the waves of funk and big must, vinous notes, oak, wild yeast and light lemon ester in the nose. Very expressive grains emerge in the taste more than the nose, cutting the funky nuance and complexity a bit, but the pomegranate sourness and fruitiness stars beautifully and the must still looms large. Feel is grainy and sour with decent funk, but very light and not delicate for a saison. Cool to try a beer that isn't distributed in the USA
