On tap at AllTech Beer and Food 2016, Dublin
Amber with creamy tan cap. 4
Vegetal with some honey malts. 3.75
Big crystal sweetness, some toast and an orangey finish. 3.75
Crisp, slight chew, round. 4
Solid malts, enough hops - a sturdy amber. Artichokes only add a bit of sweetness at first, though it gets a bit stewy to end. Still, among the better offerings for both Spanish and vegetable additions. 3.75

A: The beer is hazy brown in color. It poured with a quarter finger high beige-colored head that died down but left a short head on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of vegetables are present in the nose—I presume these are the artichokes—along with notes of yeast.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors of cooked artichokes, toasted malts and yeast. Neither sweetness nor bitterness are perceptible.
M: It feels light to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is interesting and isn't that bad for a vegetable beer. I thought that there were enough underlying malts and yeast to still make this taste like a beer.
