Too sweet when fresh, but drinking it from a keg a few weeks after it was made, the residual sugar is gone and there is now a regular fruited berliner. Unfortunately there is a bit of a vegetal, cucumber like character, almost as if the outside part of the watermelon somehow made it in here.
