A: Lemon zest like aroma, followed by ripe guava with a clean lacto sourness finish. The guava aroma gets stronger as the beer warms.
A: Straw colored, opaque with a thin film of head with a ring of mico-bubbles. There is some lacing evident.
T: Ripe guava flavor, followed by clean lacto sourness with some complimentary bready wheat character on the finish.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. The guavas impart an almost creamy quality, the beer is well attenuated and quite refreshing.
O: Pretty awesome; the guava nose is a little faint initially, but as the beer warms it gets stronger. The guava flavor nicely plays off the clean lacto sourness and the guavas give the beer an almost creamy quality - all of which make the beer quite easy to drink and quite enjoyable.
