A: Deep pink, totally opaque with a very faint ring of head.
A: Moderate strawberry aroma and lemon aromas, followed a lacto sourness.
T: Delicious strawberry flavor, coupled with a bit of lemon acidity – imparts an a slight sweet tart character.
A clean lacto sourness follows, with a slight bready wheat character.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation, well refreshing and effervescent.
O: Tasty; the beer has a moderate strawberry lemon aroma. However, the strawberry lemon flavors, which are complimented by a clean lacto sourness impart a slightly sweet tart character. Quite delicious and easy to drink.
