32 oz. growler poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Black body. Medium khaki head.
Smell - Extremely fruity. Cherry. Raspberry is lighter. Milk chocolate.
Taste - Much more stout, but it's pretty fruity still. Almost tart cherry and raspberry. Chocolate and Belgian yeast flavors take over, which is a welcome change. Not sure how I'd feel about the quantity of fruit the nose implied. Has a little bit of a peanut flavor in the back end.
Mouthfeel - Medium heavy. Fruit is intense, but not overwhelming.
Overall - I didn't expect much from this, but it's nice.
