32 oz. growler poured into a Teku.
Appearance - Viscous pour with a huge khaki head. Medium collar.
Smell - Grapefruit and grassy hops. Caramel malt sweetness. Roasted malt.
Taste - Grapefruits hops, but sweet malt right behind it. Bitter burnt roasted malts cut it nicely. Grapefruit hop bitterness comes back in the finish.
Mouthfeel - Absurdly thick for the style. Black IPA? It has the body of a heavy stout.
Overall - It's sluggish to drink because of its viscosity, but it's still a tasty beer.
