A: Big jalapeno pepper aroma upfront, followed by a light lime and trace of cilantro with a lacto sourness.
A: Straw color, totally opaque with a nonexistent head.
T: Big jalapeno pepper flavor followed by slight lime and trace of cilantro. These flavors give way to a clean lacto sourness and slight bready wheat character.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. There is surprisingly no noticeable heat even though the jalapeno aroma and flavor is quite pervasive and noticeable immediately.
O: Surprisingly tasty. I always have reservations when an acidic style attempts to incorporate heat, because with peppers (like herbs) a little can go a long way. However, this beer surprisingly doesn’t contain any noticeable heat, just a delicious jalapeno aroma and flavor with slight lime and cilantro that’s coupled well with a clean lacto sourness.

Very seriously the best jalepeno beer I've ever had. Wakefield did an incredible job of getting all the jalapeno flavor without all of the heat, resulting in what is a deliciously refreshing beer!

Cilantro, lime jalapeño Berliner. Light opaque yellow. White head. Great fresh jalapeño up front. Lime and a tiny amount of cilantro in the nose. Spicy, sour and intense. Definitely the best pepper beer I've ever had.
