On tap at Berliner Bash. Served in a plastic cup. Hazy deep pink body. Smells of lemonade and light berry. Wheat. Taste is almost all lemonade, but with a bit of blackberry. Wheat and cereal finish. Light body with medium carbonation. Tasty berliner.

A: Blackberry blossom and flesh coupled with meyer lemon zest aroma and lacto sourness.
A: Deep reddish color, slightly pink hue, totally opaque, with a thin ring of head. There is some lacing in the glass.
T: Deep blackberry flesh, coupled with meyer lemon flavor, giving way to a clean lacto sourness. There is a light bready wheat note on the finish.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer has a soft character even though acidic fruits were used.
O: Awesome! The blackberry and meyer lemon aromas are quite complex. The blackberry and meyer lemon flavors, play well with the clean lacto sourness that follows. Most surprising is how soft the mouthfeel is even though acidic fruits are used.
