A: Moderate blackberry aroma with a trace of lime and mint, coupled with some lacto sourness
A: Ruby color, totally opaque with a very thin ring of head.
T: Deep blackberry flesh, light lime zest and touch of mint flavor – all mixed together these flavors are reminiscent of sweet tarts. There is a clean, lacto sourness with a slight complimentary bready wheat character.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Surprisingly, the beer has a soft mouthfeel, even though acidic fruits are used.
O: Delicious. The blackberry and slight lime and mint aromas are complex. The sweet tart like character is delicious and the clean lacto sourness compliments the fruit well and imparts a surprisingly soft mouthfeel.
