A: Big ginger aroma coupled with some lemon zest and lacto sourness.
A: Straw color, totally opaque with a slight ring of almost non-existent head.
T: Ginger and lemon are intertwined, giving way to a clean lacto sourness and a slight bready wheat character.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Well attenuated and refreshing.
O: Solid; the ginger/lemon aroma and flavor is well suited to the clean lacto sourness and slight bready wheat character. However this beer is not quite as complex, nor as delicious as other variants.
