A: Baked pineapple aroma, giving way to a clean lacto sourness.
A: Straw color, totally opaque with a thin ring of foam.
T: Baked pineapple, is followed by a clean lacto sourness and a slight bready wheat character on the finish.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Well attenuated and refreshing.
O: Solid. The baked pineapple aroma and flavors blend well into the lacto sourness. However, because there’s not a lot of differentiation between the pineapple aroma and flavors and the lacto sourness, the beer isn’t quite as complex as other variants.
