A: Citrus aroma upfront, followed by a lacto sourness.
A: Straw color, totally opaque with a very thin ring of head with some lacing evident in the glass.
T: Deep, juicy, tangelo flavor, that gives way to a clean lacto sourness with a slight bready wheat character.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer is well attenuated and refreshing.
O: While the aroma shows general citrus character, the tangelo flavor is deep and juicy. The tangelo and general citrus aroma and flavors are well complimented by the clean lacto sourness.
