A: Bright tropical fruit, citrus, stone and tropical fruit bouqet, followed by a moderate lacto sourness.

A: Bright pink-orange color, opaque, with a thick white head that quickly recedes into the glass. T: Lots of sangria fruit flavors of citrus, stone and tropical fruits, followed by a clean lacto sourness that lingers. There is a light bready wheat note on the finish.

M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation.

O: Delicious; the beer has a great sangria fruit bouquet and flavor that well compliments the clean lingering lacto sourness. The beer manages to be very flavorful and refreshing without being acidic, even though acidic fruit was used.
