Reviewed from (long-standing) notes. Had on-tap at Hunahpu's Day.
A: Pours a clear deep crimson. Has a good amount of visible carbonation, though all traces of a head had disappeared by the time I'm settling in for a review.
S: Sour and tart, vinous and fruity. Some wood dryness and acetic acid.
T: Follows the nose well. Vinous, tart fruitiness, and acetic. Mouth puckering and finishes dry.
M: Light body, good carbonation sensation. Alcohol presence fairly restrained for a barrel-aged beer.
O: Really, really enjoyed this one. Crazy tasty.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
