A: nectarine flesh, lightly floral, coupled with soft tropical fruits, coupled with a light sourness.
A: guava (orange-pink) color, super hazy, with a thin white head that quickly recedes into a ring around the glass.
T: Nectarines and light tropical fruit flavors, coupled with a light lingering sourness that lasts through the finish.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Pretty delicious; braggot can be a difficult style to pull off without being sticky sweet. Souring a braggot can be even more difficult to do well. However, the nectarines pair well with the lychee honey and is well complimented by the light lingering sourness.

On tap. This one threw me for a loop. Poured a hazy yellow. Aroma was of honey and some hints of wild yeast tang. The flavor was not exactly what I was expecting but it was also better than anticipated. It was very tart. An initial mule kick of sourness on the tongue followed by a honey flavor. The most interesting part was that the honey wasn't super sweet. I could tell it was honey because I got that earthy undertone that raw honey displays. Also the aftertaste had even more honey nuance. The feel was slightly sticky and dense like a pull of honey out of one of those straws. Cool.
