Hazy orange-peach with a large fluffy head leaving a clingy, filmy collar.

Smell is guava, passionfruit, and apple that are all really upfront and nice, with a little bubblegum.

Slightly tart peachy guava flavors are followed by apple, pear, and passionfruit. This is a really fruit forward and enticing Berliner, challenging the style guidelines but having fun doing it.

Fluffy, with a slight tang, and very refreshing.

A: Lots of tropical fruit: guava and mango, light dragon fruit, lightly floral with a moderate lacto sourness.

A: Bright yellow color, super hazy almost opaque, with a big white head that quickly recedes into the glass. There is light lacing in the glass.

T: Big tropical fruit flavors of guava and mango initially, coupled with light dragon fruit and lightly floral and bitter (from the hibiscus), the beer finishes with a clean lingering lacto sourness.

M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation

O: Awesome; the beer has a great tropical fruit, dragon fruit and hibiscus aroma and flavor that is contrasts nicely with the beer’s clean lingering sourness.
