A: Moderately light pineapple aroma, faint habanero spice, and lime followed by a moderate lacto sourness.
A: Golden color, hazy, with an ample white uniform head that quickly dissolves into the glass. Light lacing is evident.
T: Light, but flavorful pineapple upfront, followed by a combination of habanero pepper flavor though with no discernible heat and lime. The beer finishes with clean lingering lacto sourness. There is a faint bready quality in the background.
M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation.
O: Super tasty; the beer has a great lightly sweet pineapple aroma and flavor that’s contrasted by the habanero spice, lime, and clean lacto lingering sourness. Interestingly this beer has almost no heat, and as such manages to be quite refreshing and reminiscent of pineapple habanero margarita.
