A: Cherry flesh aroma, lightly floral, with a moderate lingering lacto sourness.
A: White color, really hazy, with a thin head that quickly dissipates into the glass.
T: Cherry flesh flavor, lightly floral, followed by a clean sourness that lingers through the finish. There is a faint bready character.
M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation.
O: Delicious; the beer’s light floral and bright cherry aroma and flavor provide a nice contrast with the beer’s lacto sourness. Some beers fruited with cherries can be overly acidic, but this beer has a soft mouth-feel and manages to be very refreshing, especially on a hot day.
