Poured into a teku pint. No freshness date.
A- Pours a medium amber color with a 1/2 inch off-white head that retains well before becoming a thick ring around the edge of the glass and a full sheet of surface foam.
S- Pungent hop aroma springs forth lots of citrus, pine and grass. Also a noticeable hop fume.
T- Great rush of juicy hop flavor and a pronounced bitterness. Also a good amount of malt sweetness to balance. ABV is quite well hidden and there's a bit of a resiny aftertaste.
M- Sharp from the hops with medium carbonation and a body leaning toward the fuller side.
O- Such a nice balance of flavor and it's so drinkable for how strong it is. Would be a constant in my fridge if it were available to me regularly.

L - Deep hazy golden/orange with a fluffy white head which quickly dissipates. Moderate lacing.
S- One sniff is all you need to know what this beer is about: lots of citrus (orange & pineapple) and super dank piney bitterness. Faint spicy/sweet odor lingering beneath all that.
T- the hops hit you with a 1-2 combo of citrus and pine that fade into a series of smaller jabs from the two. Eventually fades to (what I'm assuming to be) persimmon sweetness mixed with faint booze and charred bitterness. Spicy hop flavors develop as beer warms.
F - lactose adds a very noticeable and enjoyable heaviness to the beer.
O - Quite refreshing and enjoyable, I only wish the bitterness were toned down to let the sweet aftertaste of the persimmon shine through a little more.
