Pours a reddish orange. It looks fine, nothing to write home about. Terrific tropical aroma. The kind of aroma that says you're in for something. There's tremendous mango, pineapple, and sweet peach flavors that cascade through. There's a touch of vegetal bitterness that's not acrid like some of other Trillium's collabs, but not good either where it doesn't detract from the overall product. It's quite boozy and while it has a good mouthfeel, every sip is a kick in the mouth. The flavors come across really nicely, but you're feeling each glug. I really did like this collab. There have been Trillium collabs that really have made me want to burn everything in sight (that wasn't mine), but this collab great. Note to self: J. Wakefield is a better collaborator than...
