Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, green session. Murky peach color. Aroma has dank hops, overripe mango and other tropical fruit notes. Taste starts sweet and juicy with some tart fruit but gets quite bitter towards the finish with some harsh, astringent hop matter flavor.

Pours a hazy turbid light peach with a white head. The nose is of straight mango! Think a kerns mango nectar. Taste of mangos, light pineapple and citrus pith. Fairly sweet but that is cut by a nice hoppy bite. Medium body, slightly creamy and smooth. A nice beer

Pours super hazy and juicy. Completely opaque. Honestly, it looks like mango/orange juice. Frothy white head dissipates quickly leaving a thin slick of white foam on top of the beer with some minimal spotty lacing. Nicely done appearance for the NE style.
Smell is straight up mango juice initially. But as I get used to the aroma I pick up some more grassy hops, peach, and citrus.
Taste is a strong flavor of mango initially but not straight up mango juice - there is a mic hop flavor with notes of citrus, peach, mango, and orange. Strong rind bitterness comes through on the back end. Have to give them props for adding fruit to the beer and maintaining a clear beer flavor.
feel is full bodied, yet drinkable and refreshing. Spot on for the style. Medium carbonation.
Overall a lovely example of the NE style IPA - Really an outstanding beer.

Super hazy to the point of almost qualifying as a food rather than a drink. Both nose and taste burst with citrus and mango with just enough hop bite to remind you this is a DIPA. Overall this is an excellent beer.

Poured a cloudy, murky orange body with minimal head and left a lace ring. The aroma was pulpy orange juice like with notes of sweetness. Pulpy and acidic orange juice first hit me as it is sharp and crisp and then notes of mango/tropical fruit sweetness to offset the sharpness. Not a bad beer but the one I had was overly sharp and crisp and cutting and not one I'd drink again.

L: pourd into teku glass straight from the can deep hazy cloudy murky look to it as expected and hoping.
S: mango mango mango fiasco! As I swirl the juice crazy mango scents arise quickly. Very tropical to say the least!
T: very much like the smell mango madness!
F: tired hands milk shake come to mind when drinking this bad boy. Can you say double mango double milkshake!?!?
O: this is a fantastic NE juice bomb by jwb! Not known for there hops but rather their stouts, jwb are really making its name a stable in the industry, which is why they are one of my top favorite brewery. I've check the untapped rating on this beer and Iam blown away by the not so fair rating this beer got! Very underrated imho!
